Cancellation Requests:
- Cancellations can be requested immediately after placing the order. If the order has already been processed for shipping, cancellation requests may not be entertained.
Exclusions:
- Perishable goods, such as food items, are non-cancellable. However, refunds or replacements may be granted if the quality is deemed unsatisfactory.
Damaged/Defective Products:
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it to our customer service within 2 days of delivery. Upon verification, we may offer a refund or replacement.
Refund Processing:
